Messy film but definitely the best since Predator 2. Had some characters you actually wanted to root for which made the scenes with the Predators a lot more tense. I think some of the handling of autism and PTSD was problematic, but I think it was TRYING to be positive about them, which is perhaps the most important thing. And - it did have some moments of real positivity for them, particularly for autism.

I really enjoyed this movie - I think it's very slow and methodical but in a hypnotising way - it's never boring. David is such an interesting character - and his and Walter's conversations are so interesting. I love the focus on philosophy and David's obsession with creation, because he finds his creators so disappointing.

Absolutely terrible - how do you make a movie with aliens and predators so boring? Answer: make the worst, most unlikeable characters that you actively want to see the aliens kill. Then have every fight scene with the creatures fighting lit like a cave so you can't see anything and it's confusing as anything to who's actually winning. Awful film.

Seen this once before ten or so years ago.
At the start of this movie it just feels like it's gonna be a dumb American-machismo explosion-fest. But as it goes on it appears to be making a commentary on American colonialism, as Dutch's squad finds out they were lied to and used.
