Really brutal but beautiful movie. Saw this at the Los Feliz Cinema in a theater that was shaped like a high ceilinged aircraft.
A lot to like here - multiple film format switches, really stellar acting and casting, and some truly beautiful set decoration for the interiors.

First off - I have a personal bias to anything shot on Kodak and projected. You could show me Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel projected on film and I'd be like "Absolute Cinema."
