There was nothing in particular that made me want to see this movie ahead of time. I think the director did an ok job with Annihilation (I love the book) and Ex Machina is alright.

A mad, fever-dream on an elevator ride up and back down a stylized 60s apartment allegory for wealth inequality, the savagery and depravity of the rich, the helplessness of the poor.
