Spielberg's phenomenal choreography almost overwhelmed by the casting, the result a familiar story bent to the question of "what if there was a man so tall he made everyone around him stupid?"

    Soggymandias, or,

"If the world continues to burn fossil fuels, causing global warming to reach 2 degrees Celsius above pre industrial levels, devastating rainfall events like those experienced with Helene will become another 15 to 25 percent more likely."

Flow is also a beautiful movie, a stunning example of modern animation & timeless, even wordless, storytelling techniques, where what happens next is never clear until it's in motion. The all-animal cast & adventure framing suggest children's movie but there's way more mortal peril than typical fare

A soft, painterly tale of a gentle father wanting only the best for his daughter while failing to ask her if she wants the life he thinks she wants. Rare film where the viewing experience is enhanced by watching while bottle feeding an infant.
