Very real, yet heroically fantastical. Just the right amount of thrill, horror and grit that makes Batman so so good. The way the vigilante was handled to not just be another superhero flick warms my heart to the fullest degree. Thank you for giving a damn Matt Reeves.

Forgot how damn good this movie is. I haven’t seen it since I was a child and it hits different. The montage cooking scene of all the rats is a fun watch and seeing Ego take that first bite of the dish is a low key tear jerker 🥲
