The Green Mile 1999
Probably an unpopular opinion but this movie was so forgettable. I cared so little for each protagonist to a point where by the end of the movie I couldn’t remember the majority of their names. Each ‘twist’ was predictable and they managed to miss every emotional beat in my opinion. The ending is the sole redeeming point for the film as it achieves its goal of capping the movie off on a sullen and poignant tone.

An amazing movie full of quirky and relatable characters. For the majority of the movie it doesn’t take itself to seriously but it can also hit the serious beats when needed. The final dinner table sequence gave me chills as each character deals with the impending doom.
