A spy-versus-spy movie, but with none of the spy movie action.
The lack of action made the movie more interesting. It was heavily focused on Michael Fassbender’s search for the truth, and the dynamic between his character and Cate Blanchett’s was really cool.
The supporting cast in the movie was good. They were interesting, diverse characters that were portrayed really well. The small cast made sure that every character had a purpose.
The slimiest people judging women solely on their looks.
What was the point of this movie?
The acting is mediocre and the characters are so bland and dull.
Why is everyone hitting on this girl? Is it because she's foreign? The first half of the movie is just dude's terribly shooting their shot and her not being forward enough with giving rejection. And the way some of those guys tried to flirt it sounded like a 12 year old.
There is no explanation of how or why Michael Keaton's character is a hitman.
I am glad I watched this movie in 1.5x speed.
We all know the story of Pinocchio but what if we saw it through the mind of Guillermo del Toro?????
Very cute and heartfelt, its set in fascist Italy so a little more serious than most versions of the story and there are a few dark moments.
I do really enjoy this style of animation and the artwork was very unique.
