  Men’s egos are at the root of all the world’s problems and suffering.  This is my takeaway though not sure this angle would make this the box office hit that it was.

  I enjoyed this. Superbly made and fascinating (albeit confusing) to watch. I wonder how many people were truly able to follow all the details toward the end.

  The real story here though is blind ambition that results in realization and regret of the consequences of what was achieved,…

  While I adored the premise and many aspects of this film, this was ultimately too much of a campy man’s movie as the plot was moved along purely through fighting and shooting scenes and with only one female character who was underdeveloped at that. Why was she in particular defending what I interpret as capitalism at the end? I really wanted to love this but so much “action” is too boring for me.
