  completely unexpected based on what the trailer showed. while I didn’t particularly enjoy watching it, I could not stop myself from binge watching it. the trailer definitely did catfish everyone a TON but when looked into the deeper meanings and themes of the show, it actually becomes almost enjoyable

  I absolutely ADORE this film! so heartbreaking and frustrating to believe that our world was once (and sadly still is somewhat) like this. an amazing tale of unconvential relationships, hardships, heartfelt loyalties and love. the help is a beautiful story of all women and their struggles of segregation, whether it be internal or external conflicts.

  BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL FILM! the cinematography, the colors, the acting! and of course, the classically saddening tale of Jay Gatsby. the film is so beautifully done, it contains all key points that the book includes, but the director has put his own creative twist to it! so magnificently put together and the acting is just WOW! I adore this film and it definitely holds a special place in my heart
