Yess!!!! This is the kind of high school teenie drama movie that I’ve been waiting for.
It has all of the elements I want; drama, pettiness, cute montages, first world problems, bitching, godawful people…AND AN UNEXPECTED PLOTTWIST?!?!? Literally amazing. Wow.
An amazing revenge story with elements reminiscent of Mean Girls, Heathers and Easy A with a perfectly balanced touch of Gen Z wit and satire.The only thing that throws me off is when they cast actors that are obviously waaaaaaay too old to be resembling teenagers. Other than that; really good!
