  Episode 4– it’s brutal to watch Sweat tunnel through the prison basements and cut through the walls and pipes. They did an excellent job of portraying how difficult a task that would be and how easy it must have felt to just want to give up. And a great soundtrack as always, particularly with the use of the Elton John song.

  We watched one episode and won’t be continuing. I read the book and it was good but the show is sappy, poorly-written and poorly-acted. It feels fake and overly sentimental. Also the characters are unlikeable.
