  okay here's the thing.
  I wanted to love this movie so bad. I wanted this movie to wreck me and have me DRY HEAVING but to be honest it just left me unsatisfied. Usually I am a big fan of non-linear story telling but I feel like the way this movie was formatted made the couple's relationship seem almost disconnected. and don't COME FOR ME I KNOW to an extent that IS the POINT because he was so in love…

  never got to see the end of this film. Had to leave early cause my friend greened out in the theatre! honestly a blessing in disguise because other than gorgeous cinematography this movie was dog shit

  NOT a prude by any means but so sick of the overuse of sex and nudity in movies.  I can’t even go to a goddamn theatre anymore without some weird ass horny shit on the screen. ENOUGH! 
  Lily Rose Depp’s performance was incredible
  All of the technical elements to this film were close to perfect.  The costumes, the hair and makeup, the special effects, cinematography, sound. It has all the parts to be great it was just far too grotesque for me. 
  Call me old fashioned but sometimes taking the showing out of horror movies makes it even scarier.
