Holy mother of shit; Watching this after reading the book (The Price of Salt) is one of the most healing, therapeutic and destroying activities a lesbian can do to herself. It has my heart forever. While it changes certain details from the book and doesn’t dive as deeply into the characters, it is made up by the heart-wrenching incredible lead actresses. They bring the characters to life better than any screen adaptation I’ve seen before. I’m gonna go sleep for a week thanks my I feel crazy
