This movie reminds me of It Follows or The Ring not (I think?) in its content but how it compels me. This movie is odd, delightful, uncomfortable, and since I am first watching it in early 2024, it joins the ranks of films of late that have not effectively communicated how thoroughly they are musicals to the prospective audience.
I would pay to see how the budget was distributed; the visuals and sound are tasty if bizarre - especially the sand line item. I look forward to watching this movie with the uninitiated.Translated from by
