The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim 2024
It was a little hard to get into but I enjoyed it afterwards! Bonus half star for more fem-fem dialogue than “MAMA!” The animation style and clothing and weapons made it feel kinda like Last Airbender so I cracked up when one character said “secret tunnel.” Also favorite parts: “Light the beacons, call for aid. Rohan will answer.” and “FOR ROHAN” and “his common name is Gandalf.” Just got me smiling so hard thinking of the beacon lighting scene in Return of the King. Gotta go watch trilogy now

a beautiful movie. i don’t know why, but i really love this kind of film. almost shot like a vlog, no real climax or superficial obstacle that the characters must overcome and eventually conquer by the end. honestly i feel like this style of movie is boring to a lot of people but it’s really refreshing just to see ones lifestyle that may be different from your own. i loved getting to look in through the characters feelings and emotions.…
