Yeah like pretty mid. Super stoked that Mr Bong Joong Ho got another movie paid for but wow this was like a slog. Totally checked out by the end, very derivative of starship troopers but uncommitted to talking about the aesthetics of fascism in the way the other or the bugs are the cutest darn things I’ve ever seen. The performances were weak, the writing left me wanting something more like Dune 2 than the empty liberalism on display and the trump stand in was pretty lame too. Probably like a straight D/D- on the letter scale; apply yourself.
