Captain America: The First Avenger 2011
I remember really liking this the first few times I watched it, but upon another watch, this film has not aged very well. The cast does a good job overall, and the first act (and part of the second act) are brilliant. The latter half of act two is pretty bad, and act three is just alright. The reason I’d still give it a passing grade is simply because of the great moments sprinkled within the elements that aren’t as good as others.

Thor 2011
One of the more underrated films in this universe, Thor (2011) is a fun watch, with the titular character going on a wonderful character arc throughout this film. Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Idris Elba, and Stellan Skarsgard were all great in this film, with this cast being the clear standout of this movie overall.

Trap 2024
My most anticipated film of the year was a huge disappointment. Josh Hartnett was great, and the acting overall is pretty solid. The premise is great, as is the first 50-55 minutes of the film. After the first 50ish minutes, the film just falls off and becomes a chore to watch.
