This is a rewatch and it is still a great movie! The actors are incredible. I think it is one of the top 2 or 3 Russel Crowe performances. Joaquin is a great villain and is such a great foil to the protagonist. A little dash of Richard Harris and Oliver Reed. My first watch on the Top 100 movies watchlist poster I was given by my wonderful partner. I find it fitting that I leave some comments about them since some will be rewatches. I’m glad I started with one I have not seen before and I’m glad it contained a lot of the themes and film techniques we see in modern thrillers.
