  when shiaz and anu are staring at their hands laid on top of one another, i’m reminded of all the moments i’ve spent considering my partner’s hands folded under my own. it’s as if nothing else exists in those quiet, in-between moments, but that weightlessness feels heavy. this is a film that asks me how i feel, and my body responds in waves
