I had the opportunity to rewatch this at the cinema and man, what an incredible experience, was just as hooked as the first time and maybe enjoyed it even more. The soundtrack will be stuck in my head for days again.

Persona 1966
This was just so damn good.
Visually is simply stunning, from its haunting opening sequence to the great performances and close-up shots, which are some of the best I have ever seen.
The plot is the ultimate form of open to interpretation. The movie is definitely meant to be felt and interpreted by its themes, rather than looking for a literal explanation of what actually happens in it. However, I still had fun trying to solve my own puzzle I was making about it while watching it.

The Witch 2015
Unfortunately I didn't connect too much with this one and felt the payoff wasn't really worth the slow burn up. Still, some scenes did build up great tension with a few I really liked thanks to great performances especially from Anya Taylor-Joy and Ralph Ineson. Also fuck the twins they were annoying as hell.
