  Such a sweet story! Both tragic and fun. I loved Chrysanthemum and Valerie's relationship and their moments together, they both really needed that connection :') Valerie's trauma was really shocking but the way it was portrayed, hand in hand with vampirism as a metaphor AND especially her hopeful look in the end was amazing!
  Genevieve was SO good in her monologue at the end! (And so was Carlos!)
  And OOOOOH the stop motion moment made me smile a whole lot!!!! I loved it
  (Also the lighting and the set and the costumes and makeup were *chef kiss*)

  God as the outside, as the world and the people out there. The Holy Spirit in the wind blowing,in birds singing and light finally entering a claustrophobic chapel. In contraposition to the closed dark sequestered world of ambition and power and selfishness.
  Slow but unstoppable progress.

  Certainty is the deadly enemy of tolerance.

  Yeah I love this movie and so did my partner 🫶 and seeing its reaction to the ending and talking about it with them made me super happy :)
