  From someone who’s a huge fan of Simon Stålenhag, this is the greatest let down I’ve ever experienced. They took a 10/10 graphic novel with critiques on American consumerism and culture and COMPLETELY forwent all of the source material for another dime a dozen, “erm, he’s right behind me isn’t he”, piece of shit marvel-like. I get that not everything can be moved from the novel to the screen, but the only thing they kept from the source material ended…
