Amazing movie. Incredibly well-written, very compelling and ingenious. I would have given it more if the lead’s acting didn’t feel emotionally stunted and cold to me.

Wicked 2024
This movie is even better upon rewatch. Now that i’m much more attached to the characters and the songs it felt significantly more powerful and endearing, and i can imagine the excitement of people who have loved this story for years now. I’m in tears and cannot wait for “Wicked for Good”.

Was not expecting much from this to be honest. I was however surprised that I did enjoy quite a few scenes. It did make me smile at times and even got a few tears out of me.
Now for the plot, I still believe (and this seems to be the main critique of the movie) that we don’t know much about her. It is heavily implied that she is much smarter than the “naive” act she puts on for work…
