Everytime I watch whiplash, it makes me fall in love with it even more.
The sad truth about Whiplash, often misinterpreted (in my opinion), is that its ending isn't a triumphant victory tale for Neiman. Rather, Fletcher accomplishes his goal of reducing him to nothingness.
