Spa Night 2016
A necessary film, in an underexplored genre, discussing asian american coming of age story, navigating sexuality and identity. An honest film that is able to discuss and go beyond model minority ambitions and frustrations. However the film leaves a frustrating ambigious taste, as the impotence of the story fails to overcome itself.
