  I need to stop giving into FOMO. Sure, our boy Timmy is a wonderful and dedicated actor (which raised my rating by a half-star), but that was such a run of the mill biopic otherwise, I couldn't care less.

  Better Man was much superior.

  I only went there after seeing the first 10 seconds of the trailer, immediately looking it up, and finding three screenings as part of a festival run. Which is why I sat in a packed cinema. I'll never forget the collective wincing :D
  The movie is mindblowing in all the good senses (even the wincing), and I finally realized how often I started going for the horros, which never was my go-to genre, but recently they are so creative, so women-centered, it's irresistible.
  Will shout about this film from the rooftops.

  In the battle of biopics of musicians I'm not invested in, this one knocks A Complete Unknown out. So much heart and energy! I'm so glad I bothered to catch it in the last minute in the cinemas.
