  The Ten Commandments 1956

  I may not believe in the legends and the myths herein but it’s really nice to look at and I can’t look away. I may have seen it at least ten times since childhood and am still amazed by the production design, costumes and special effects that still hold up considering this was made 69 years ago and way before CGI. It’s a triumph of early cinema.

  Would have liked to see this in a reality tv format: The Real Housewives of Vatican City or St. Paul’s Drag Race. I can already imagine the confessionals (no pun intended). 

  But srsly, this is good. Kinda wanna be one of them wearing dressy outfits and being all bitchy and dramatic but in Latin serving Cuntclave.
