  After Scream (2022), my hopes were very high. Sue me, I liked Scream 5. Unfortunately, this movie kinda fucking failed spectacularly not only as a Scream movie, but as a horror movie. The opening was fantastic, and then, it devolves into nonsense. Scream VI brings nothing new.   Monumental. I can’t express how much I adore every aspect of this movie - the score, cinematography, sound design, the performances, direction, costume and makeup, EDITING!. Holy shit the editing in this film is IMMACULATE. 
  The cast was phenomenal, through and through. Nolan really used every actor incredibly effectively, and every character in the film is given an opportunity to shine, and shine they do.
