Amazing, the lack of political affiliation in the move highlighted the atrocities of a war without allowing any one side to justify their stance. Furthermore, shooting a war torn America is an idea that few have pursued and I believe this adds to the shock many viewers felt while watching ‘Civil War’. I wish more time had been spent on the interactions between our main cast and strangers, but the little we got added great value to the message of this film and allows for a discussion of the events to occur. One of the best, and truest war movies I’ve ever seen.
