Jackass Forever 2022
Ok, ok, ok.... Unbelievable funny, magnificent, delightful and brutal. Afterwards, because I got carried away extensively by this movie, I boxed friends in the nuts. Somehow the Jackass guys managed to reach my expectations, even though they were unreachable high. Nearly.... They did it!
But.... Oh, how I hate that there is this ''but''. Butt!
Something was missing. However, I won't make it this easy for me. And so, here is what I felt.

Isn't that the perfect start for a book or movie?
Terry Gilliam did a great job adapting the book and capturing a journey of two guys in a drug frenzy on tape. In my opinion one of the best (maybe the best) book adaption.

Maybe don't compare it to Parasite or Memories of Murder, two absolute masterpieces.
I think that's why this one did disappoint me. It starts off good and I was quite intrigued how it would progress but especially in the second half I was left underwhelmed. For me personally, not much of interest happend and even the satire is kinda plane and in your face.
Still would rate 3 stars, since I think one should not compare it with the above-mentioned movies too much, it has it's moments (especially, in the first half, I'd say) and I really liked the camera work as well as the acting.Translated from by -

Rewatch changed my rating from 2.5 to 3 stars. These dialogs were just so absolutely random, far fetched, straight out ridiculous, I couldn't help but laugh my ass off.
