This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
you go into this movie pretty much knowing that the teacher will stop being an asshole, that the kid will stop being a pretentious little shit and that the mother will open her heart up to love others. and you know what? even with all that, nothing during the runtime disappointed me. this film is the epitome of the phrase ~ “it’s about the journey. not the destination.” it may not have had me at the edge of my seat, but in the end i did feel all fuzzy and warm.
