House of 1000 Corpses 2003
There exists somewhere a six or seven minute video of just Sid Haig’s scenes from this, and as for as I’m concerned that is the only watchable cut of this movie. Some neat set pieces though, notably the mannequin theater.

Solaris 1972
Solaris is the equivalent of a an extremely well constructed and very funny joke, except the person telling it has stretched its potential to make the listener laugh over the course of three hours (while the punchline is explained multiple times along the way). I’m sure lots of people find that interesting and have three hours to spend digesting humor, but I’m not one of them. I “get” the joke, and sure it’s funny, but a little respect for my patience next time, please.
