  I was too young to really appreciate this masterpiece of a movie. So glad I put it on my list. I cried multiple times. 
  I can’t even explain how all encompassing Forrest’s response to Jenny asking him if he was scared in Vietnam is. Especially at that point in the movie.

  I was completely captivated by every second of this movie. But I also love biopics. I don’t need the complete breakdown of that person’s life. I’m there for the magnifying glass on how these musicians (like Dylan, Cash, Mercury, etc) are typically  individuals with deep internal worlds steeped in lonerism even though they’re constantly surrounded by love & adoration. I find it really fascinating. I also always love the part where someone tells them their creative pivot is going to ruin…
