fuck love island welcome to acab island. weird little movie. incredibly quirky. fun. very sexually forward at times in a very slay 70s mod/probs full bush sort of way but the musical numbers brought a balance. could’ve used more freehand shaky flower shots and more christopher lee earlier on. ALSO BIG UPS to the beetle tied to a string in that school desk (the real martyr). the future the libs want to see is here and now (well 1973 but i’m seeing it now). need to know the turtleneck budget.
