  They hit the pentagon.

  What an ending - wowza this shit slaps.

  This is the best trilogy we will likely ever get unless Dune Messiah comes in and matches the energy of the first two.

  But I don’t know if any final battle will compare to this.

  A peak film hit the second tower. 

  This movie had the balls to come out a year after 9/11 with the title Two Towers and have it bomb this good.

  This movie wouldn’t be allowed in an airport because it’s too explosive.

  A great look into the mindset of a victim of bullying and a deeply concerning story that strikes you in your heart. Pushed forward by great acting and a good cinematography.

  ★★★★★ Rewatched 20 Mar 2025 2

  A perfect start to a perfect trilogy. Setting the groundwork so well especially with the prior absence of the hobbit (which should’ve come first). 

  The practical effects and makeup and designs are all amazing and the sets look so fantastic I wish I could die and become reincarnated as a blade of grass in The Shire.

  It’s beautiful and I love this movie very movie.
