I appreciated how the movie portrayed racism in a way that was both powerful and accessible, allowing even younger audiences to empathize deeply with the discriminated character. It beautifully illustrated how standing by someone and offering support can bring about meaningful change. The movie features a compelling story, stunning visuals and a message. Inside Out 2 2024
It's a well-made film with interestingly portrayed emotions. Compared to the first part, the focus shifts more towards a rivalry between the emotions. In the first film, the complex inner workings of the feelings and their mechanisms were impressively staged, while in the second part, the emotions are presented more as independent characters. As a result, the interplay between the outside world, inner experiences and emotions, which made the first film so special, takes a backseat in my opinion.
