  one of my all time favourite sofia coppola films! a beautiful, hazy, yet haunting film. the cinematography, the soundtrack, the entire vibe of this film is so beautiful! however, as being a 'cecelia girl', and having read the book, i wish the film explored the other lisbon sisters more, besides just lux, as i feel it would've added more to the film, and made more sense! but this film is hauntingly beautiful film!

  watched this for my first uni 'cinema studies' class! a classic, but, and maybe a slightly unpopular opinion, but i honestly never really liked this film growing up, and still don’t really, it’s kinda creepy, i find it boring and musicals aren't really my thing!
