Challengers and West Side Story had a baby and named it The Bikeriders. Probably my fav Austin Butler showing to date but Jody Comer kinda stole the show.

Do not watch this if you’re in the mood for plot or substance. If you want vibe/trance/sound/nature shit it will deliver. Incredible shots watching the highs and lows of snowboarding, a sport I’ve never done but was absolutely engrossed. Final thoughts when credits rolled “that was incredible and these guys’ nervous systems must be fucked”.

Here I was thinking she was about to get LASIK…. Loved so much about this movie. the juxtaposition of forced partnership against forced singleness. Dryness of everything. Colin Farrell kicking a kid. Colin Farrell doing anything.

Also… not sure how Olivia Coleman is so damn convincing in every single role she plays.
