Loses half a star for the script in the dinner scene feeling a bit cringe / characters too much like mouthpieces, but the beginning , second half of middle and end kept it so high

I tried watching this a couple of months ago and didn’t finish it, found the characters and script slightly annoying, wasn’t truly engaged, kept pausing. This time I was receptive and enamoured, and laughing.
Cinema marathon was perfect
Cried like a baby. So did my mum. Arranged to see my ahmah next week
