Bad, obviously, and obviously they made the right choice by axing it, but I can't help but wish on some level they made a full series out of this, if anything to see how closely they were planning to stick to the book. I don't know why I watched this film, really. I'm not much of a gore fan; to put things into perspective, Breaking Bad was the most graphic media I had consumed until yesterday. When I was a kid, I developed an irrational fear of terror flicks due to accidentally watching The Exorcist trailer, a fear of feeling afraid that persisted through most of my teenage years.
