I can't quite tell if I liked this movie or not. wouldn't recommend it to most people I know, maybe just a few. It's just that... I didn't like half of the plot... some turns were ok and others were just... whyy? so bittersweet watching this and thinking it's probably the last Miyazaki movie we'll have :(
At the end of the movie I heard some people commeting like: I was trying to understand smth. But honestly why does magic has to have an explanation for everything? it's magic, that's what makes it so special, intriguing, wonderful. Even more so when it's so beautifully drawn, the colors, the expressions, the music, I felt that every detail was well connected.
