  Felt like it lost itself in the second act so really it lost itself in the first act if it wanted to continue on the trajectory it took.

  It just wasn’t quite.

  All the dynamics were there, all the nuances in the relationships but I do feel like it was let down by performance here.

  Also hated how it looked unfortunately which was really hard to ignore. Felt like he sacrificed cinema for realism here - where his realism had always grounded the audaciousness here it felt like he doubled-down and I was left without something.
