  After 800 years, Mickey 17 finally came out! Will keep this review short and sweet. I was expecting a lot of action from the trailers, but the film was surprisingly more philosophical. Robert Pattinson was amazing, and I will be rooting for his oscar! Mickey 17 and Mickey 18 really did feel like 2 different entities and Rob's vocal approach was so unique (Mickey 18 reminded me of his Bruce Wayne/Batman voice a bit).   Watched this with my AP French class and experiencing it with my classmates honestly made the experience a lot better. Great representation of la cité and showed how Vinz, Saïd, and Hubert were doomed from the moment the movie began. Hubert deserves the world.

  The cinematography is stunning, Hans Zimmer's score is definitely the highlight of this movie for me, and it accomplishes its role as a set-up movie. One criticism I have is that this movie is heavily inspired by Arab and Amazigh people/cultures but lacks people from those communities. Also, OSCAR ISAAC WAS DONE SO DIRTY.
