  A surprisingly introspective character study that is so painfully bogged down by overly convoluted police politics with the most obnoxious and similar sounding names. After watching a gracefully directed and animated scene about a soldiers PTSD, it can get really exhausted to be slapped across the face by having a million police buzzwords thrown at you;
