There's no rhyme or reason to my rating system.
It's kind of creatively redundant, but equally I'd be pretty interested to see one of these thrown out every other decade to see what a new collection of actors could do with it.
The way the camera is used here and ESPECIALLY those final shots, even down to the credits is real masterful shit.
And who said we don't get sex comedies anymore?
What a riot. Got to see this in a fully packed festival screening a few months before general release, but will 100% be returning in the new year when it comes back officially.

Came out of Challengers feeling like pure electricity. What a treat.
A film of this like would live and die by it's performances and our trio of Zendaya, O'Connor and Faist are perfection, playing (in more ways than one 😉) off each other so well. O'Connor in particular has got a real charming sleaze about him.
I'm a sucker for sports series that incorporate the relationship itself into that sport, so this was a slam dunk for me on that front.
Reznor and Ross's score may well be MVP however as I can't imagine Challengers without it. Heart-pounding, blood pumping unf.
