  True horror.

  There aren't a lot of films that have a good 3rd installment but this is one. Sorry. Love conquers all even if it's like Pacific Rim and Trinity somehow in her dying breath manages to deliver an entire speech.

  Tl;Dr - Just watch Gone Girl.

  Arts for arts sake indeed. I don't want to slate this film - I will just say that something about this movie did not sit well with me.

  Very lovely on the eyes and a good laugh with some brilliant unnerving scenes and one liners. However, the actors and cinematography carried Saltburn since the message, if any, leaves the viewer oddly dissatisfied.

  The only way I can describe this film is like an essay…

  Slightly too on the nose, but I did watch this in strange company. I did enjoy how the concept was framed and its perspective on how the joy can certainly be drained from art through an overly analytical intelligentsia or just those who afford experiences that they have become numb to. Even writing a review on it feels odd ahah
