  Don’t watch this movie. I am surprised I didn’t shut it off. The movie failed to do anything well. It’s not a good dinosaur movie. Its not a good sci fi movie. There is really shallow character development. There are only two actors and they don’t speak the same language which leads to overly simplistic interactions.

  Terribly boring movie. Super disappointing. The Edgar Allan Poe character was the only entertaining part which saved this movie from being a half star. The 1830s setting couldn’t have been more dull. Hannah fell asleep a few times during the movie and I can’t blame her.

  Vintage Chevy Chase. Chock full of laughs with just enough intrigue in the plot to keep you watching. Lots of humor in this movie wouldn’t be PC in this era which only serves to enhance as it brings the true 80s into your living room.

  This was a terrible movie. The dialogues and monologues were all heavy handed. The characters were nonsensical. They frequently made decisions that were illogical. Lots of scenes in the movie served no purpose and did not further the plot. This movie tried to do way too many things. It was barely watchable. I can’t believe people reviewed this movie as highly as they did.
