Did this movie feel generic at times? Yeah. But it was way more fun than I ever would've thought! If you want a good time with some great characters and an exceptional family dynamic, go see this movie ASAP!

This film hit me on multiple levels: as a film lover, a history buff, and someone who works in a STEM field. Christopher Nolan once again has crafted a work that seems like it was made for me. Call me a fan boy. Call me biased towards Nolan. I don't care. I am constantly amazed by what he's able to pull off film after film!

Overall I really enjoyed this movie! It was an in depth look at the life of Howard Hughes, someone who I'd barely heard of prior to watching this. The lead performance by DiCaprio was amazing, as were the supporting performances! The visuals were spot on. Of course Martin Scorsese did a great job directing! My only complaint would be the pacing. It's 2 hours and 50 minutes long so, while it doesn't feel that long, it can drag at times. I would still recommend this to any movie fan!
