i see a lot of reviews calling this hilarious or campy but i didn’t so much as chuckle throughout this entire movie. this was the most visceral and point-blank portrayal of how easy it can be to be taken advantage of and used for something you didn't even know you had to give in the first place. and how equally easy it is to throw yourself into denial to preserve whats left of your sanity. my stomach is still recovering
that being said idk how julianne moore played such a perfect evil pedo white woman im scared.
