  This was extremely creepy but not in the way I expected it to be? I was expecting the ending to be some sort of mind-blowing reveal and it just kind of fell flat for me. Maika Monroe and Nicolas Cage were phenomenal in this movie though. The movie had so much potential. I just wish they had stuck the ending.

  A friend recommended this movie & now I remember that we have very different taste in movies. This was not terrible but not something I would recommend to other people. It was just meh.

  This movie is so deeply twisted that I was actually extremely uncomfortable when they revealed what was actually happening. But that ending was powerful. There are so many layers to unpack in this movie. I feel like I need to just sit with it for a while.

  I love a good cop drama and this one is solid. I really enjoyed this movie. I couldn’t look away from the screen. The acting was fantastic. I love Ben Mendelsohn.
